Report: Kings among teams interested in Ryan Hollins
They got to see him over the course of 46 games, including nine starts, in the 2014-15 season. Now, the Sacramento Kings are reportedly interested in bringing back Ryan Hollins for next season. But as they flesh out the end of their bench, they could have competition for the big man.
According to Marc Spears of Yahoo! Sports, the Kings, Los Angeles Clippers and Washington Wizards have interest in Hollins:
Hollins is entering his tenth season in the league after averaging 3.0 points and 2.2 rebounds for the Kings last season. While he didn't play much, he was at a career-best on the boards when adjusted for a per-minute basis. And that's what Sacramento would want from Hollins next season -- a big man who can come off the bench, show some energy and get scrappy buckets around the rim.
