Rudy Gay adds a highlight reel dunk during impressive game vs. Rockets
Sacramento held a ten-point lead against Houston with just over two minutes remaining in regulation. Enter: Rudy Gay.
After Gay forced a steal for the Kings, he drove down the court to create a four-on-one opportunity for Sacramento. He passed the ball away, then received it right back. Then, the marvelous vertical leap and -- boom. Gay slammed down the jam to force an and-one opportunity after the foul by Houston's Patrick Beverley.
"If you don't like that, you don't like NBA basketball," exclaimed the announcer. Quincy Acy, on Sacramento's bench, seemed to enjoy the dunk as well.
Gay finished the game with an impressive 17 points, 13 rebounds (season-high) and 6 steals (career-high) to help earn a necessary team victory.
