Sixers-Kings game in Philly canceled due to court condensation
Wednesday night’s game between the Sixers and Kings in Philly has been canceled due to condensation on the court, the teams announced, and there was much sadness.
The floor at the Wells Fargo Center was so wet it was unplayable, and nobody could figure out how to fix it, with outside temperatures and the hockey ice beneath the court all coming into play and leaving water on the hardwood. No, it did not come from the welling tears of two embattled fan bases.
Not even DeMarcus Cousins could take care of it.

After nearly an hour delay, the game was actually canceled. But NOT WITHOUT SOME CONFUSION!!!
Ben Simmons, who is not playing in this game, had some emojis.
Now, depending on when the game is rescheduled, it could actually matter, because if the Kings are really bad (they’re like, moderately bad) and the Sixers stay really bad, Philly has swap rights for Sacramento’s pick if it falls into the Top 10 of next year’s draft.
