During his formal introduction during the Clippers Fan Festival in 1994, Ballmer walked to the stage as if he was preparing to take on Mike Tyson in a heavyweight title fight, high-fiving and screaming with fans along the way. Clearly, not afraid to shake his moneymaker. But this is nothing new for Ballmer.

Vintage footage of the 59-year-old billionaire hyping up his former colleagues during the launch of Windows 95 (remember that?) has surfaced, and it's the same passionate Ballmer.

In the video, you can spot Bill Gates hitting a traditional two-step and perhaps wishing himself into the ether. But it's Ballmer who steals the show with his fist pumps and jolts of "Do-you-know-what-we've-created!" enthusiasm.

Never change, Steve. Never change.
