Under Armour celebrates Steph Curry's MVP award with special NBA 2K16 rating
Stephen Curry did the impossible this season.
Sure, he won back-to-back MVPs, becoming the first unanimous winner in NBA history. He also put up stat lines we haven't seen since Michael Jordan. And, perhaps more impressively than any individual stat or accolade, he led the Golden State Warriors to an NBA-record 73 wins.
But all of that can be replicated in the future (We're kidding. Kind of.).
Back to back. #BreakTheGame

Curry's most impressive feat this season is this: The real-life Curry became a better shooter than his video-game self, which is a rarity, if not unprecendented in basketball video game history.
It sounds like a joke, but it's not. That's legitimately impressive. Curry takes and makes shots his video-game self wouldn't ... and couldn't.
Now, though, Under Armour is joining forces with NBA 2K16 to honor Curry's second consecutive MVP award by giving him a perfect rating, a 99 overall, and making him the greatest shooter in NBA 2K history for 30 hours.
The bump will occur at 6 p.m. EST on Thursday.
Congrats @StephenCurry30 on back to back MVPs. @UABasketball & @NBA2K #BreakTheGame w/ 99 rating for 30 hrs starting THU 3PM PT to celebrate
