With the NBA's draft lottery having gone down on Tuesday night, The Dallas Morning News decided to take a look back at the 10 best picks in Dallas Mavericks history. There have been some great ones, from Josh Howard to Jamal Mashburn. 

(Quick spoiler alert: Since Dirk Nowitzki was technically selected by the Milwaukee Bucks, he can't make the list.) So who's number one? And more importantly, who filled out the other nine spots? Here's a look back in time.
