49ers QB Colin Kaepernick shoved photographer during loss to Raiders
Colin Kaepernick is having a year he'd probably like to forget. The San Francisco 49ers quarterback entered halftime Sunday tied against the lackluster Oakland Raiders.
Understandably frustrated, Kaepernick shoved a photographer's camera away as he walked off the field.

"If I put something real close to your face, you're going to try to move out of the way, too," Kaepernick said per the San Jose Mercury News. While this is true, it likely had more to do with the fact his team was on the verge of losing to the worst team in the NFL. Sure enough, San Francisco ended up falling to Oakland, 24-13.
Kaepernick's season-long struggles continued in the loss. He threw two interceptions, was sacked five times and completed just 54.3 percent of his passes. Just when things seemed like they couldn't get worse for Kaepernick, Raiders linebacker Sio Moore called him out on Instagram after the game.
Moore's first-quarter takedown of Kaepernick for a 7-yard loss was his only tackle of the game. A member of the Raiders calling you out is a good sign that things aren't going so well.
