Aqib Talib shot himself in the offseason, should he be suspended?
The Dallas Police Department determined Aqib Talib shot himself in a June incident, according to a report published by USA Today. Talib initially told police he heard a gunshot and fell to the ground, but no charges were filed as a result of the investigation.
Should the NFL suspend Talib? That was the topic discussed by Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe on Wednesday's "Undisputed."
"I believe the NFL has to step in and suspend Talib for at least four games, and I would be better off and fine with six games," Bayless said. "Minimum four, I'm great with six."
"[The police] found nothing wrong," Sharpe said. "They filed no charges. So now, you want the NFL to be a higher authority than the people that are sworn to uphold and protect the law. You want the NFL to usurp them, and what they found in their investigation."
