Broncos backup QB shows frustration trying to get into game

If you're a backup to one of the best quarterbacks in NFL history, chances are you won't see the field much.

But with the Denver Broncos holding a 31-point lead over the lowly Oakland Raiders in the third quarter, Brock Osweiler figured it finally was his time to shine.

Too bad Peyton Manning had other plans.

If you watch closely, you can see Osweiler eagerly grab his helmet, only to turn around in dismay as Manning trots back on the field to throw a million more touchdowns.

Fortunately, this story had a happy ending for the Broncos backup. Well, kind of.

Osweiler entered the game shortly after and got to play the entire fourth quarter but completed just 2 of 5 passes for 13 yards, as Denver seemed content to run out the clock en route to a 41-17 win.
