Drew Brees: I'm 'very convinced' I'll win another Super Bowl

The New Orleans Saints may have been a disappointment in 2014, but that hasn't kept Drew Brees from remaining incredibly optimistic. According to Jeff Duncan of NOLA.com, Brees is "very convinced" that he'll win another Super Bowl before he calls it quits. The response stemmed from a question posed by Duncan, and below is the exact quote from NOLA.com:

"I'm very convinced. It's what drives me and keeps me going. I love this game for so many reasons. The opportunity to have played it for going on 15 years is rare, it's unique. I want to continue to play for absolutely as long as I can, as long as I'm having fun, playing at a high level and maybe I'll stay healthy, why not play this game? It's a blessing. The challenges and the opportunities that come along with it each and every year, I don't know how you mimic this in any other element of life. My kids are getting to a certain age that they are really beginning to understand what their dad does and they can be a part of the day-to-day stuff. I can bring them into the facility on Tuesdays when I'm studying film and they can run around and we can run around the indoor (facility) and they can name all of the pictures of the guys on the wall and they can go to guys' lockers and high-five them. That's what it's all about. That makes we me want to play forever."

Brees has said he believes he can play until he's 45, which would truly be something. While that may be pretty unrealistic, I'm not going to put anything past him. If Brees does end up playing that long, that would leave Garrett Grayson spending quite a bit longer than expected holding a clipboard and learning.
