Eli Manning had a hilarious reaction to his brother's Super Bowl win

With 3:08 remaining in Super Bowl 50 on Sunday, Denver Broncos running back C.J. Anderson gave the Broncos a two-touchdown lead over the Carolina Panthers with a two-yard touchdown run, effectively wrapping up Denver's 24-10 victory.

The title is thought to be a fitting sendoff for Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning, whom many expect to retire in the wake of the his second championship, and with that in mind, you'd expect those closest to Manning to be the most thrilled for the five-time MVP.

But when CBS cameras panned to the Manning family seconds after Anderson's game-sealing touchdown, Peyton's brother, New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning, looked less than thrilled by the development:

To be fair, it's unlikely Eli was actually upset about his older brother's Super Bowl win.

After all, the 35-year-old told USA Today this week that his role at the game is to "watch as a little brother, rooting for my big brother to go out there and play well." He also came to 39-year-old Peyton's defense when asked about whether a loss in Super Bowl 50 could hurt Peyton's legacy.

"His impact on the game of football will not be determined off this one game. He's changed the game," Eli Manning told NJ.com.

"(He has) five MVPs and (four) Super Bowl appearances and (he's) won a lot of football games and thrown a lot of touchdowns and played at a high level for a long, long time," he added. "I hope he can win but his impact has already been made."

Even so, with a reaction like that to the Denver win, one can't help but wonder whether Eli, who won Super Bowls XLII and XLVI with the Giants, might be slightly bummed that he now needs yet another ring to retake sole possession of the Manning family lead.
