Ex-teammate says Murray sleeping with wife, tweets NSFW texts

DeMarco Murray is putting together one of the greatest seasons in Cowboys history. And according to a former teammate, doing a bang-up job of destroying a marriage, too.

On the last day of November, Brennan Clay — a teammate of Murray's at the University of Oklahoma for one season, 2010 — began tweeting that the Cowboys running back was having an affair with Clay's wife.

A day later, Clay told TMZ that he was divorcing his wife, whom he identified as Gina, and said he found more than 50 "inappropriate" texts between Murray and his wife that "made me disgusted." According to TMZ, the couple has only been married four months.

And on Thursday, Clay tweeted out the most graphic and salacious claims about the couple yet, including a very NSFW exchange of texts which apparently show Gina arranging a booty call with Murray after Clay left the house — to go try out for the Chargers.

Clay was a freshman at Oklahoma in 2010, Murray's final season as a Sooner. While Murray is leading the NFL in rushing, has the Cowboys in the playoff chase and is making a run at Emmitt Smith's team records, Clay has yet to play a down in the NFL, cut in the preseason by the Broncos.

TMZ reached out to Murray's representatives Monday for a response to its story of Clay filing for divorce, but were simply told "DeMarco is focused on the Bears."
