GM John Schneider and Pete Carroll's draft success in unmatched
The Seattle Seahawks have been so good recently, that people tend to forget just how bad they were before the arrival of GM John Schneider and head coach Pete Carroll.
The Seahawks won a combined 9 games in the two seasons before the arrival of Schneider and Carroll.
Now their success is unmatched to anyone else. They won the Super Bowl two years ago and came within a yard of winning back to back Super Bowls.
So how did the Seahawks turn things around so quickly and so dramatically under the direction of Schneider and Carroll?
It all starts with the draft and the picks they have made in the four years of working together.
The Seattle Times breaks down each draft class since 2010 with the best pick, the worst pick and the grade for the draft class as a whole.
It is pretty incredible what these two have accomplished in just four short years together, and how much more they are capable of if they decide to stick together.
