Houston rookie WR Jaelen Strong sheds 20 pounds
Houston Texans wide receiver Jaelen Strong didn't make the best first impression on head coach Bill O'Brien when he showed up to the team's rookie minicamp in May in less than optimal shape.
O'Brien told reporters at the time that the third-round pick out of Arizona State, like many of the team's rookies, needed to get in better condition to adapt to life in the NFL.
As the opening of training camp approaches it appears Strong has taken his coach's message to heart.
Went into Rookie camp 231. Currently 211. God is good. Time to eat #TheGods

With the Hard Knocks cameras set to roll as the team begins camp Aug. 1, Strong seems to have put himself in position to avoid an early spot in O'Brien's doghouse.
