Jacob Tamme makes a ridiculous one-handed catch while falling down

Jacob Tamme and the Atlanta Falcons started off the game by making the Week 17 highlight reel. With the score still tied 0-0 early in the first quarter against the New Orleans Saints, Matt Ryan hit Tamme across the middle, but the tight end had to make a stellar play to haul in the pass.

Tamme not only with the one-handed catch, but the man did it while he was falling down as well. It doesn't get much prettier than that one.
