Reggie Bush and Bruce Ellington were two notable scratches from Sunday's game.

After Week 2, the 49ers injury list grew substantially.

Carlos Hyde left the game early after a hit to the head and was evaluated for a concussion, but also suffered "a leg contusion," according to head coach Jim Tomsula.

"He did get hit in the head yesterday," Tomsula said of Hyde, via ESPN. "He was cleared during the game. He went through the NFL’s protocol thing, or however they do that with the onsite person. He was cleared, but I just didn’t want to put him back in.”

Tight ends Vance McDonald and Blake Bell were dinged up in the leg and back, respectively. Torrey Smith also tweaked an ankle.

Bush and Ellington continued to get treatment on Monday, but Tomsula did not specify whether they would be available for Week 3.
