Joe Flacco missed practice with a shoulder injury but may play Sunday
Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco took a few hard hits during Sunday’s game against the Giants, so there was great concern among Baltimore fans Wednesday between the time Flacco didn’t show up on the practice field and when coach John Harbaugh addressed reporters after the session.
Flacco then further quelled concerns:
The news could certainly be much worse for a team that has lost three straight games after a 3-0 start. Baltimore gets the slumping Jets on Sunday and then has a bye week, so things could look rosier for both Flacco and his team very soon.
Flacco has started all six games this season after missing the final six of last year with a torn ACL. He has just five TD passes against four interceptions, though, and his 78.9 quarterback rating is the second-worst of his nine-year career.
