Last-minute mock draft: Let's have the Cowboys trade up to grab a QB

There is a lot going on, but as of noon Thursday in Chicago, here's my best bet. Be sure you realize, folks: THERE WILL BE TRADES! Several. Look for Jacksonville, Cleveland, Dallas, Tampa Bay and Tennessee all to be potentially moving and shaking.

It means the draft will be fun. It also means this mock draft below is bound to be shot to bits. That said, here's my latest -- including the Cowboys swinging a deal to get a second first-round pick at No. 29, where they pick up a quarterback. No comments today, just down and dirty with the picks. Enjoy the draft, everyone.

The Rams still stick with Goff at No. 1.

2. Philadelphia Eagles: Carson Wentz, QB, North Dakota State

3. San Diego Chargers: DeForest Buckner, DE, Oregon

4. Dallas Cowboys: Jalen Ramsey, DB, Florida State

5. Tennessee Titans (in trade with Jaguars): Ronnie Stanley, OT, Notre Dame

6. Baltimore Ravens: Laremy Tunsil, OT, Ole Miss

7. San Francisco 49ers: Joey Bosa, DE, Ohio State

8. Miami Dolphins (in trade with Browns): Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State 

9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Vernon Hargreaves III, CB, Florida

10. New York Giants: Leonard Floyd, OLB, Georgia
