Los Angeles Rams have chance to prove themselves if they can beat Buffalo
Week 5 is upon us, and the Los Angeles Rams could very well become 4-1.
It is impressive enough, you would think, that a team many thought wouldn’t do too hot has taken control of their division by the quarter mark of the season.
Should Los Angeles beat Buffalo today, their expectations for this season seem like they can only go up.
Their home opener is even more important now, as the 9-3 win over Seattle gives them the tie-break.
If you remember, the Rams started the season in an atrocious manner, getting shutout 28-0 in San Francisco.
Buffalo did not have a perfect start to their season either, going 0-2 and firing a coach in the process.
Rex Ryan found a way to led his squad to two rebounding victories though, and the fact that they came against New England and Arizona can’t go unnoticed.

For the Rams to beat the Bills, running back Todd Gurley is going to have to be more of a factor.
In last week’s road win over Arizona, Gurley wasn’t nearly as much of a powerhouse on the field as he could’ve been.
Sure, Case Keenum and the rest of the offense contributed more to the team’s win than expected, but Gurley needs to be the star in Los Angeles.
Wide receiver Brian Quick was on the receiving end of two touchdowns from the hands of Case Keenum, and this week that may not be the case. Buffalo is going to come ready to play, and the Rams can’t let a return home make them too comfortable.
Tyrod Taylor can pick apart defenses pretty well, so this game will also test the strength of the Rams’ defense.
Overall, I see the Rams coming out with the win, but not by much. This game, much like the Seattle game, will be a defense-oriented game with not too many points.
Prediction:
Los Angeles 17, Buffalo 13
