Marshawn Lynch sports Kam Chancellor's jersey at practice
One fourth of the Legion of Boom has been missing from the Seahawks' training facility, but on Thursday Kam Chancellor's No. 31 made a return to the practice field.
No, Chancellor didn't report to Renton, Wash. days away from the regular season opener against the St. Louis Rams. Instead, running back Marshawn Lynch donned Chancellor's jersey in practice.

Lynch, who ceremoniously staged a holdout of his own last offseason, was thanked by Chancellor on Instagram for the gesture.
While Chancellor's absence has been a key distraction this offseason, cornerback Richard Sherman has continued to stand by his teammate's side.
"No, you just keep supporting," Sherman said, via ESPN.com. "He's still a friend; he's still a teammate, and you support him. You understand that he's sacrificed and he's done what he had to do to get to this point, so you continue to support him. Obviously it's a tough spot for him to be in, but that's all you can do."
Chancellor reportedly told NFL Media's Dan Hellie on Wednesday that the two sides are less than $1 million dollars apart.
Chancellor might not be wearing navy blue and Seahawks green on Sunday, but first-year defensive coordinator Kris Richard's unit is still poised to be effective with second-year safety standout Dion Bailey.
