Green Bay Packers kicker Mason Crosby was named NFC Special Teams Player of the Week for his five-field goal performance against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 11. This is his sixth time winning the award, per NFC communications director Randall Liu, setting a new franchise record.

Also, according to a Tweet from Liu, Crosby's outing last Sunday was the first time in NFL history that a kicker has attempted five field goals -- each from at least 40 yards out -- and made all five.

Crosby field goals came from 40, 42 (twice), 47 and 52 yards out in the 30-13 win over the Vikings. On the season, he is 17-for-19 on field-goal attempts (89.5 percent) with a long of 56. He is still perfect on extra-point attempts (24/24), which were pushed back 15 yards this season.
