Wide receiver Adam Thielen had a very nice touchdown catch in the first quarter of the Minnesota Vikings week 11 contest against the Arizona Cardinals.

Watching Adam Thielen on the football field is so much fun. He is always working hard to do his best and is willing to do whatever it takes to help the Minnesota Vikings succeed, no matter what is asked of him.

When he made the jump from special teams to offense, fans knew the team had something special. On multiple occasions, the wide receiver has shown to have great speed and excellent hands to make plays when called upon.

Those hands were definitely needed during the first quarter of the Vikings game against the Cardinals in week 11. A beautiful throw by Sam Bradford gave Thielen an opportunity, and he delivered in a big way.

Here is the play as shared on the official Twitter account of the NFL:

Initially, this play was called incomplete since the official thought that Adam Thielen didn’t get both feet in bounds during the catch. However, after the replay, it was clear that the Minnesota Vikings wide receiver had possession of the ball while staying in the field of play.

This was the first touchdown of the game and gave the Vikings an early 7-0 lead. With Stefon Diggs being shadowed by Patrick Peterson, it was very possible that Thielen would have a big day for Minnesota, and this touchdown proved the team could rely on him to help pick up the slack on offense.

That was a beautiful play by Thielen to stay in the endzone and a great throw by Bradford to give his receiver a chance to get to it with no danger of it being intercepted. Hopefully, there will be many more plays like this in the future for the Minnesota Vikings.
