Mississippi State Bulldogs in the NFL: Week 5 Report
Well the Bulldogs certainly made their presence known in the NFL during Week 5. Darius Slay ended up making the game-winning interception for Detroit. Dak Prescott has ended up on another Sports Illustrated cover. Nothing new here.
But what is surprising is the fact that some former Bulldogs in the NFL are performing extremely well but are not receiving credit nationally. Take for instance K.J. Wright, linebacker for the Seattle Seahawks. Wright has the most tackles for the vaunted Seattle defense. However, you don’t hear a peep from the national media about his tackling prowess. Maybe he prefers it that way…only K.J. can tell.

On the other side of the coin, Dak Prescott has made believers out of those in Dallas. Everyone from the guy in the upper corner of the end zone, to the national syndicated columnist are saying, “KEEP DAK IN!!!” Prescott, as we know, always seems to do just the right things at the right times.
So how did their former teammates do this weekend in the NFL? Well pretty darn well, yet again. Starting to see the pattern here with players coming out of Starkville? I sure am.
