Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Nelson Agholor made an exceptional catch, which led to a Carson Wentz touchdown.

Carson Wentz has been doing it all for the Philadelphia Eagles through four weeks, but in Week 5 he got some help. The Eagles defense had a rough start to the game, but the Eagles offense was doing everything they can to keep them in it.

Down 21-10 at halftime, the Eagles got the ball first in the second half. Their opening drive went as good as you could ask for. They went on a nine-play, 75-yard drive that finished with six points.

The drive was good, but the catch made by Nelson Agholor on 2nd-and-four was awesome.

For starters, this is an awesome throw by Wentz. The rookie quarterback understood that the best way to beat good coverage is with a great throw. His throw is only where his guy can get it and he put his trust in Agholor. That trust will be even stronger because Agholor goes up and makes the grab.

It is refreshing to see Agholor out there making plays considering he struggled a ton in his rookie season. Many have written him off, but he has quietly been having a solid sophomore campaign. Plays like this by Agholor give the team confidence.

And the confidence led to a touchdown pass to wide receiver Josh Huff.

It was Wentz’s second score of the game and put him at 17-for-19, 181 yards, and those two touchdowns. He still hasn’t turned the ball over, but there is a lot of ballgame left.
