New York Giants: Eli Manning Throws Interception to Xavier Rhodes (Video)
Things are not going well for the New York Giants on Monday Night Football. What is the latest that is happening in Minnesota?
After trailing 14-3 at halftime, the New York Giants aren’t off to a good start in the second half. One of the main reasons for the Giants trailing at halftime was a fumble by Dwayne Harris on a punt return.
Turnovers against the Minnesota Vikings are not a good thing, and they were able to force the second one. Giants quarterback Eli Manning has struggled against the Vikings in his career, and those struggles have continued.
Early in the third quarter, Manning threw his first interception of the game to Xavier Rhodes. The battle between Rhodes and Odell Beckham Jr. has been a good one, and there was some kind of miscommunication on the interception.

On a blitz by the Vikings, Manning went deep to Beckham, however, Beckham broke inside on the route. Rhodes was able to easily intercept the pass and run it back to set up the Vikings with nice field position.
Like in the first half, the Vikings put points on the board after the turnover, as Blair Walsh kicked a field goal after missing one prior. Once again, Manning is struggling in Minnesota, but it doesn’t help when his star receiver is acting out again.
Rhodes and Beckham have been involved in a few spats, and Beckham appears to be off of his game. The Giants are still only down by two touchdowns, but that seems like a massive lead given how the game has started.
