Odell Beckham takes No. 13 overall in PFF's Top 101 of 2014

New York Giants wide receiver was one of the NFL's most breathtaking players in 2014 en route to winning the Rookie of the Year award. It has been an off-season of accolades and honors for Beckham, having most recently been named cover boy of Madden 16, and on Monday he received another honor. Beckham was named the No. 13 overall player on Pro Football Focus' top 101 players in 2014.

Beckham capped off his memorable rookie season with an incredible final stretch. In his final six games, he racked up 842 yards receiving and nine receiving touchdowns on 60 receptions. During a longer time span, over the last two months of the season, he averaged nine receptions, 133.2 receiving yards and a touchdown per game. Beckham missed the first four games of the season due to a hamstring injury, but through 12 games, he racked up 1,305 yards and 12 touchdowns on 91 receptions. He also added seven games of 100 yards or more receiving.

Incredible rookie season for a guy who didn’t play in the first four weeks of the year. Beckham quickly made his presence felt causing Atlanta plenty of problems, but it wasn’t until Week 12 where he really hit his stride. Then, spurred on by a catch that will live long in the memory of all who saw it, he was as good as any receiver and well worthy of all the praise that came his way.

Best Performance: Week 15, WAS @ NYG, +4.4

Key Stat: His 2.74 Yards Per Route Run were the most of any wide receiver.

Beckham will undoubtedly receive more coverage and defensive attention in 2015, but if Victor Cruz can make a full recovery, defenses will pay for that in other ways. There is a lot to like about the Giants' 2015 outlook on offense, and it starts with Beckham.
