Was it the strongest facemask penalty in the world? No, but it was enough.

FOX NFL rules expert Mike Pereira broke down the key call from the Green Bay Packers' incredible win over the Detroit Lions on Thursday night. And while people out there complained that it wasn't a penalty, Pereira begs to differ.

Put it this way: It's a penalty that's going to get called "90 percent of the time".
