Rams punter Johnny Hekker has ridiculous passer rating
Punter Johnny Hekker continues to be a weapon for the St. Louis Rams - and not with just his right foot.
**FAKE PUNT ALERT** Johnny Hekker is a punter Punters aren't supposed to scramble and sling 20-yard passes #STLvsGB http://t.co/4MBBjIeKCy

Hekker showed the poise of a quarterback as he completed a 20-yard pass to defensive back Cody Davis on a fake punt in the third quarter of the Rams' Sunday loss to the Green Bay Packers.
The fourth-year punter out of Oregon State, who played quarterback at Bothell (Wash.) High School, pump-faked before rolling out to his right when his initial receiver was covered. With three Packers closing in on him, Hekker threw across his body and found Davis down the middle between a trio of defenders.
But the completion isn't as amazing as Hekker's career passing stats, which improved to 6-for-8 for 99 yards and one touchdown for a ridiculous 155.8 passer rating that falls just short of perfection at 158.3.
Not bad for a punter.
