Rams' Todd Gurley Makes Good on Lost Georgia Bet: Photo
Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley had to wear Georgia Tech gear on Friday after losing a bet with some teammates.
Todd Gurley took the walk of shame in Georgia Tech gear on Friday after the Georgia product and Los Angeles Rams running back lost a bet with two of his teammates.
The bet involved the outcome of last week’s Georgia Tech vs. Georgia college football game, in which the Yellow Jackets won 28-27 over Gurley’s Bulldogs. It’s a matchup Georgia has owned in the past, however Gurley was unlucky enough to bet on the Bulldogs in a year they lost to the Yellow Jackets.
Rams fullback Zach Laskey – he’s on injured reserve – and practice squad defensive back Isaiah Johnson are both former Georgia Tech players who took their team and won the bet.
And this was the result:

Laskey had some fun on Twitter, and as you can imagine Gurley wasn’t thrilled:

Surely it was a difficult thing for the Rams running back to do, and just as hard for anyone associated with the Bulldogs to see. Still, a bet’s a bet and you can’t break it once you take it.
Gurley played in 30 games for the Bulldogs and compiled 3,900 total yards and 42 total touchdowns. In short, the man was a beast.
