Ravens hope to fill a few more holes in Day 2 of draft

OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) The Baltimore Ravens filled an important void on the first day of the NFL draft, snagging wide receiver Breshad Perriman with the 26th overall pick.

While the Ravens have checked off one need, general manager Ozzie Newsome knew there was plenty left to accomplish.

The Ravens enter the final two days of the draft still in need of a cornerback, a defensive tackle and a tight end.

There's also the matter of adding a pass rusher, a need that owner Steve Bisciotti mentioned in an address to season ticket holders.

Newsome says, ''We've still got nine picks to try to find someone else to add.''

The next two rounds occur Friday. Baltimore has the 58th overall pick and the 90th overall selection.
