Ravens TE Gillmore, LT Monroe out vs. Steelers
The Baltimore Ravens will be without two big big pieces on offense in Thursday night's clash with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Starting tight end Crockett Gillmore was declared out after missing practice all week with a calf injury he suffered in Sunday's 28-24 loss to Cincinnati. Gillmore is the team's second leading receiver behind Steve Smith Sr. with 10 catches for 151 yards and two touchdowns.
Left tackle Eugene Monroe will miss his second straight game with a concussion suffered in Week 1. He returned to practice on a limited basis earlier this week, but was held out of Wednesday's session. James Hurst, who has struggled in Monroe's place, will start again Thursday night.
Defensive end Chris Canty will also be out for a second consecutive game due to a calf injury. Lawrence Guy is expected to fill in for Canty as he did last week against the Bengals.
