Report: Redskins safety DeAngelo Hall says he has a torn ACL
Washington Redskins defensive back DeAngelo Hall played only 14 games in the past two seasons, and it’s starting to look like he might not make it to Week 4 in 2016.
Hall, a three-time Pro Bowl selection whom the Redskins moved from cornerback to safety for his 13th NFL season, left Sunday’s win against the New York Giants just before halftime with a knee injury.
ESPN’s Josina Anderson is reporting that Hall told her he has been informed that he has a torn ACL, even though an MRI must still confirm it.

Hall, 32, had his 2014 season ended by a September Achilles’ injury. In 2015, he was limited to 11 games by a sprained toe.
The Redskins also lost starting cornerback Bashaud Breeland to an ankle injury Sunday. He was ruled out in the first quarter and reportedly was on crutches after the game.
