Sports world was stunned watching Laremy Tunsil's draft-night drama

The NFL Draft went from possibly being the best night of Laremy Tunsil's life to a nationally televised nightmare.

The 21-year-old offensive lineman from Ole Miss, who was projected as a top-three pick by many experts, dropped out of the top 10 after a video of him smoking with a gasmask bong was posted from his Twitter account minutes before the draft started. Then, text messages were posted on his Instagram account, leading Tunsil to admit he'd accepted money from a coach at Ole Miss, which he called "a mistake."

Tunsil watched with red eyes as he dropped until he was taken by the Miami Dolphins at No. 13, then sweated through the press conference questions about what happened (he said his social media accounts were hacked by an unknown person).

It all added up to a hell of a night for the poor guy —€” one that shows why NFL teams are hiring social media trackers — and a cautionary tale for any young players watching.
