Hope the Pittsburgh Steelers have a solution.
Head coach Mike Tomlin said on Friday that running back DeAngelo Williams has been ruled out for Saturday's Wild Card game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Williams suffered a foot injury in the team's regular-season finale against the Cleveland Browns.
That means the Steelers will be without the two running backs that were at the top of their depth chart to start the season. Starter Le'Veon Bell suffered a knee injury in Week 8 against the Bengals. Bell eventually underwent surgery and won't return until next season.
Williams played well in his relief role, rushing for 907 yards and 11 touchdowns over 16 games and 10 starts.
