Terrelle Pryor says the Browns can run the table in 2016
It’s been over nine months since the Cleveland Browns won a meaningful football game. They’re 0-3 this season and 3-19 dating back to the start of 2015. They’ve started five different quarterbacks in the past five regular season games and it’s not getting any better with Cody Kessler at the helm.
As bad as they’ve been, the Browns should have beat the Dolphins in Week 3. A late missed field goal by Cody Parkey cost them a victory, but it hasn’t gotten players down in the locker room just yet.
Terrelle Pryor, the team’s Swiss army knife of an offensive weapon, believes Cleveland is close to winning games regularly. To take it a bit further, he thinks the Browns can win out.
Up next, the Browns have the Redskins on the road, then the Tom Brady-led Patriots at home, followed by games against the Titans, Bengals and Jets. In none of those games will the Browns be favorites, nor will Brady lose his first game back to the Browns.
Sorry, Terrelle. But the Browns are not going to finish 13-3. They’d be lucky to win four games total.
