Texans bring in Randy Gregory, Jaelen Strong for pre-draft visits
It's the last week teams can host prospects for pre-draft visits and the Texans picked two pretty nice players to bring to town in the closing days.
According to ESPN's Tania Ganguli, Houston hosted Nebraska pass-rusher Randy Gregory and Arizona State WR Jaelen Strong as the team decides who to take with the 16th overall selection in the 2015 NFL Draft.
Gregory may be available when Houston picks because of off-field questions. He admitted to NFL Network he failed a drug test at the scouting combine. Still, his talent for rushing the passer is evident, having recorded 25.5 sacks over the last two seasons with the Cornhuskers.
Strong caught 82 passes for 1165 yards and 10 touchdowns for the Sun Devils in 2014. He reportedly fractured his wrist during a game in November, which may be a cause for concern for some teams.
