Houston Texans guard Brandon Brooks, who was taken to the hospital prior to Sunday's 30-21 loss to the Bills with nausea, was back in Houston Monday after staying overnight in Buffalo.

Per the Houston Chronicle, Texans head coach Bill O'Brien said it's too early to determine if Brooks will be able to play in Houston's Week 14 matchup with the New England Patriots.

“I think he was pretty sick, so I think it’s too soon," O'Brien said. "I am hoping that it is going to be OK, but it is probably too soon to tell right now.”

As the Chronicle notes, Brooks, who also missed a game last season with stomach problems, has dealt with ulcers in the past. He was reportedly vomiting before being taken by ambulance to seek medical attention prior to Sunday's game.
