The Tampa Bay Buccaneers reveal their 40th anniversary patch

To all of the Bucs fans out there, it's official. The team has been around for 40 years and running now. In honor of their team in the NFL, the team will be wearing a 40th anniversary patch, according to Josh Hill of FanSided.

As for the unveiling of the actual patch itself, Scott Smith of Buccaneers.com had the tweet to show off what the team will be wearing:

As Hill pointed out, the "time spent in the NFL has resulted in one Super Bowl in 40 years — which is a success rate slightly higher than two percent. That’s not really something to be proud of, but for much of the late 90s and early 2000s the Buccaneers had one of the most dominating defenses of all-time."

Hey, at least they've got the Super Bowl and on top of that, have a bright future with some very impressive young talent.
