Tom Brady’s LFG Player of the Game for Week 1: Cowboys LB Micah Parsons
For games he broadcasts for FOX Sports during the 2024 NFL season, Tom Brady will choose one standout star from that game as the LFG! Player of the Game.
In Week 1, that honor went to star Dallas Cowboys pass-rusher Micah Parsons. As part of a dominant Cowboys defensive effort in the Cowboys' 33-17 win over the Cleveland Browns, Parsons recorded a sack, four tackles and nine quarterback pressures.
"It's fun being up here and not having you chasing me around," Brady said.
Brady credited Parsons not only for his accomplishments on the stat sheet, but also for the amount of double-teams he drew — and his ability to still make an impact despite the extra attention from the Browns' offensive line.
"I took everything you told me over this offseason, just trying to use it and enforce it in this game," Parsons told Brady. "I appreciate this award, bro. It means a lot from you."
