Watch Carson Wentz evade the rush and throw a 73-yard touchdown
Carson Wentz has made quite the impression on Philadelphia Eagles fans, and the rookie quarterback only added to it Sunday.
Wentz picked apart the Steelers in Philadelphia's 34-3 rout, displaying the poise and control that has drawn rave reviews around the league. But it was his mobility on this 73-yard touchdown to Darren Sproles that will also keep defenses on their toes.
On third-and-8 in the third quarter, Wentz avoided the oncoming rusher with a quick stutter-step move to the right then escaped the pocket while keeping his eyes downfield. The rookie then hit Sproles, who got behind the defense and scampered to the end zone.

Wentz threw for 301 yards with two touchdowns and has yet to throw his first NFL interception. He has made quite the quick transition to the NFL game, and if this continues the Eagles will be in the hunt for the NFC East title.
