WATCH: Sammy Watkins torches Brent Grimes for beautiful 44-yard TD
Sammy Watkins caught a lot of criticism over the last month for his comments about injury critics, but he's put that behind him with an incredible performance against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.
After posting 104 yards on five catches in the first half, Watkins continued to dominate in the second half. Late in the third quarter, Watkins beat Brent Grimes deep down the right side for a spectacular 44-yard touchdown. It was a perfectly thrown ball from Tyrod Taylor, who has made the most of Watkins being back on the field after missing three of the past four games.
The score gave the Bills a 26-14 lead over the Dolphins in a key divisional matchup. Through three and a half quarters, Watkins is the only Bills wide receiver with a reception, as he's racked up a career-high 168 yards on eight catches.
