Who will replace Tevin Coleman's explosiveness on offense?
Tevin Coleman suffered a hamstring injury during last Sunday’s 33-30 loss to the Chargers. Coleman won’t play this Sunday against the Green Bay Packers.Who can replace his can replace his explosiveness?
Who will replace Tevin Coleman’s explosiveness in the both the run and pass game?
Devonta Freeman
Freeman is obviously going to be the man to take a majority of Coleman’s running snaps and he can also step up in the passing game and go out wide as Coleman has a lot more this year. When Coleman missed a game last year in week 3 and Freeman stepped up and played 88% of the snaps with 193 total yards and 3 TDs.
Taylor Gabriel
Gabriel had to miss last week unfortunately due to a concussion. Gabriel has been a nice explosive receiver off the bench. The Falcons could look to get him a couple of catches in a role that Coleman would usually play. Gabriel reportedly ran a 4.28 40 at pro day. He defiantly can replace the speed that Coleman has.
Aldrick Robinson
Robinson came off a hot preseason but hasn’t gotten a lot of opportunities to try to replicate. Robinson’s biggest play of the year was a 35 yard touchdown against the Carolina Panthers. It remains to be seen if Robinson will get the opportunity but he has a real deep threat ability which could work against a injury depleted Packers defense.
