Blue Jackets superfan 'Dancing Kevin' shows off incredible weight-loss transformation

Blue Jackets superfan Kevin Schroeder, aka "Dancing Kevin," has captivated the internet for the past handful of years thanks to his hilarious antics during TV timeouts at Nationwide Arena in Columbus.

He became a viral star as videos of his dancing routines hitting the internet, most of which involve him going shirtless and doing ridiculous things such as pouring beers all over his face.

Over the years, Kevin has used his bare, overweight stomach as a canvas to paint various messages for the Blue Jackets and their fans as he dances like a madman.

During Thursday's season-opener in Columbus, he was up to his usual tactics, but the billboard was significantly smaller.

After being urged by doctors to lose weight and improve his overall health, Kevin managed to drop approximately 160 pounds in just under nine months. He now clocks in at under 200 pounds and has pulled off an incredible transformation. Honestly, he doesn't even look like the same person.

Thursday's game gave Kevin the opportunity to show off the product of all his hard work over the past year. That product is a new physique that he's clearly proud of, and for good reason. (Not that he seemed particularly ashamed of the old one.)
