Connor McDavid adds yet another highlight reel goal to the collection
Connor McDavid continues to be a very good hockey man.
On Thursday night, McDavid recorded an assist to become the first NHL player to hit 90 points this season, but it was his 91st point that's worth talking about.
The 20-year-old Oilers captain once again showcased his incredible hands and lethal stick-handling ability on a shorthanded breakaway opportunity against the Sharks. Poor Sharks goalie Martin Jones had the unenviable task of trying to stop this.

Was that too quick to comprehend? Don't feel bad, it was for Jones too. Let's slow it down.

McDavid managed to squeeze a handful of moves (including a fake to the forehand) into a split-second timeframe, then roofed a gorgeous backhander -- all with relative ease. His offensive ability continues to be borderline unfair.
The center's 28th goal of the year gave the Oilers an early lead and helped them secure a 3-2 win over San Jose, their fourth consecutive victory and eighth win in their last nine games.
If you're an Edmonton fan, it's great that your squad is finally getting into the postseason for the first time in 10 years, but it's even better than they're getting hot at the right time.
