New Jersey Devils goaltender Cory Schneider certainly has embraced his musical side heading into the upcoming NHL All-Star Game in Nashville, Tenn.

After unveiling interlocking guitars on his leg pads for the exhibition contest, Schneider recently took the tour of Ryman Auditorium with singer Amy Grant. Known as "The Carnegie Hall of the South", Ryman Auditorium served as the home of the Grand Ole Opry from 1943-74.

Scheider got a few pointers from Grant before doing his best to show her a thing or two with an acoustic guitar.

While his musical skills are up for debate, the 29-year-old Schneider certainly is well versed in signing his autograph - even on a guitar. In fact, Schneider will be able to keep it as a gift from Gibson.

Schneider (22-15-5, four shutouts, 2.03 goals-against average) more than likely will stick to his day job with the Devils (25-20-5), who have made some sweet music thus far this season.
