Harding carried off in first game back

Minnesota goalie Josh Harding, playing for the first time since surgery to repair a partially torn hip labrum, was carried off the ice after a collision midway through the first period in the Wild's preseason game against the St. Louis Blues on Friday night.
Harding was bowled over by Blues winger Brad Boyes, who was checked into Harding by Wild defenseman Greg Zanon. Harding went over on his back, threw off his glove and blocker and began motioning toward his hip. He was down several minutes on his back before being carried off by teammates.
Harding partially tore the hip labrum in training camp last season. He played through the injury for much of last season, appearing in 25 games and finishing with a 9-12 record and 3.05 goals-against average.
