Los Angeles Kings Sign Newly Acquired Forward to Contract
Los Angeles Kings Have Signed Newly Acquired Forward Bokondji Imama to a Three-Year Entry Level Deal.
Bokondji Imama has finally signed a new deal after being dealt from the Tampa Bay Lightning to the Los Angeles Kings on Wednesday for a 2018 seventh round selection. Bokondji spent last season with the Saint John Sea Dogs of the QMJHL where he registered 55 points and a plus 11 rating in 66 games.

The Montreal Quebec native is 20 years old and has decent size as well, the left winger is 6'1" and 215 pounds and is expected to start with the Ontario Reign of the AHL next season. He's spent two and a half year's with the Sea Dogs, in his first season he only put up 19 points in 48 games but saw a massive increase due to last season's output.
Imama hasn't won much in Major Junior but what he has won is still pretty solid winning a QMJHL championship with Saint John this season, unfortunately, his Sea Dogs didn't make it too far in this year's Memorial Cup. Bokondji was originally a sixth round selection, 180th overall in 2015 by Tampa Bay but was dealt for a pick in this years draft that is pretty much equal to what Imama was worth.
Now since he's expected to join the Reign next season, his placing in the lineup is unknown he could potentially fill a bottom six role.
