Patrice Bergeron, NHLers try hand at acting in hilarious Movember commericals
Patrice Bergeron is starting to build up quite an acting resume. The Bruins forward previously starred as a beat poet in a commercial for NHL 15, and now he's back in front of a camera for a pair of "Movember" commercials sponsored by Visa. This time, he's playing himself.
Movember is a month-long campaign aimed at raising money and generating awareness for men's health issues by having men around the world grow out their mustaches. Bergeron is one of a handful of NHL players participating in the commercials, as he is joined by Duncan Keith of the Chicago Blackhawks and Jonathan Bernier and James van Riemsdyk of the Toronto Maple Leafs in the campaign.
The Visa initiative allows fans to join in on the video fun, as they can register on the Movember website to create a campaign which will be endorsed by one of the NHL players involved. For more details, check out the Hockey Tools section of the Movember website.
