Report: Beleskey out for Bruins Wednesday night, Bergeron questionable

Published Oct. 21, 2015 12:40 p.m. ET

Yet another Bruins player will miss a game due to injury just two weeks into the season. According to WEEI, Bruins coach Claude Julien revealed following Wednesday's morning skate that forward Matt Beleskey will miss that night's game against the Flyers due to an upper-body injury.

Meanwhile, Patrice Bergeron could also be missing from the line-up as he missed morning skate for personal reasons. Julien said Bergeron was questionable for the game against the Flyers, according to WEEI.

Some have speculated on Twitter that Bergeron could be missing due to his wife's advanced pregnancy but the Bruins have not given an official indication as to what "personal reasons" means.

Bergeron and Beleskey have combined for seven points through five games for the Bruins. Bergeron ranks third on the team in scoring with three goals and two assists in five games while Beleskey has a goal and an assist in his first five games with Boston.
