BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) The Buffalo Sabres have signed two-time Notre Dame leading scorer Andrew Oglevie to a two-year entry level contract.

Oglevie capped his college career on a top-ranked Fighting Irish team that lost the NCAA Tournament championship game to Minnesota Duluth last weekend. The forward was named to the NCAA All-Tournament team after scoring three goals and four assists in four games.

The 23-year-old from Fullerton, California, led the Irish with 15 goals and finished second on the team with 39 points last season.

Overall, the undrafted player finished with 41 goals and 48 assists for 89 points in 107 career games.
